Pension Robin - Jachymov

For our family ski trip, we were delighted with the spacious and clean family corner room. Plenty of space for ski equipment, while the large L, shaped room comfortably accommodated two adults and two children. the hot shower was great after a day on the slopes, the breakfast was plentiful, and there was off, street parking behind the building. the friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.

The check, in process was a bit of a hassle and confusing, with nobody waiting to give us the keys when we arrived.

The room was clean and spacious with a great shower. The breakfast offered a good variety of food. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff who provided a shuttle service on our first day, making our arrival hassle-free. The landlord was always willing to guide us around the area, making our trip even more comfortable and enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was very hospitable and provided an excellent shuttle service. The location of the hotel was great with easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was great and the breakfast each morning was diverse and delicious.

It was all superb.

The key check-in process was quite inconvenient and required waiting outside for some time. the smell of the restaurant on the hallway was not pleasant.
